bcaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bcaji ("bcaji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bcaji website at bcaji.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, account management, promotions, and payment services.

By accessing the bcaji platform, creating an account, logging in via bcaji Login, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bcaji platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the bcaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bcaji. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific policy document.

bcaji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bcaji will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at the time of next login. Continued use of the bcaji platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Access to bcaji is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bcaji enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of bcaji, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You are not accessing the platform for any unlawful purpose under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are mentally competent to enter into a legally binding agreement and to make independent financial decisions.

bcaji conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before enabling full withdrawal access on any account. KYC documents accepted include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a valid driving licence. bcaji reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in order to verify age, identity, source of funds, or residential address.

Where bcaji has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player is under 18 years of age, bcaji will suspend that account immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during the period of suspected underage play will be withheld pending investigation. If underage play is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

To use the full range of bcaji services, you must register a player account via the bcaji Login registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Each person may register and maintain only one bcaji account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited. bcaji uses technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bcaji account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is deemed to be your activity, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.

If you believe your bcaji account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bcaji immediately at [email protected]. bcaji will investigate and, where appropriate, take steps to secure your account. bcaji is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security or failed to notify bcaji promptly after becoming aware of the breach.

bcaji recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. When 2FA is active, each new-device login requires an OTP sent to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even in the event that your password is compromised.

All financial transactions on the bcaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bcaji does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Account balances, bet amounts, winnings, and bonus values are all displayed and settled in BDT.

bcaji supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and direct bank transfer to eligible Bangladesh banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may be available on a case-by-case basis subject to issuing bank acceptance.

Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. bcaji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds ৳5,000 or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification.

bcaji does not charge internal processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party fees imposed by your mobile financial service provider or bank — including transaction charges, conversion fees, or intermediary bank fees — are not within bcaji's control and are the player's responsibility.

Deposited funds that have not been used for betting within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to an account dormancy review. bcaji will contact the registered email address before taking any action on a dormant account. Players may reactivate their account at any time by contacting [email protected].

bcaji maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to enhanced scrutiny where transaction patterns are inconsistent with normal gaming activity. bcaji reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending AML review and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required.

bcaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slots, and seasonal promotions around events such as the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to these general bonus terms.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the individual offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bcaji promotions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each offer.
• Time Limit: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the individual offer. Expired bonuses and any unmet wagering requirements are automatically forfeited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain high-RTP slots, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates. Game contribution rates are specified in the applicable offer terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the current bonus unless the offer expressly permits it.
• Maximum Bet While on Bonus: While a player has an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted single bet is ৳500 or the equivalent, unless a higher limit is stated in the specific offer. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

bcaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Bonuses may not be transferred between players, sold, or exchanged for cash. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or deliberately exploiting loopholes — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, the voiding of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the bcaji platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. Game-specific rules are accessible from within each game interface. Sports betting rules — including settlement procedures for cancelled events, postponed matches, and incomplete fixtures — are published in the sports betting rules section of the bcaji platform.

bcaji acts solely as a platform operator providing access to games supplied by third-party certified providers, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer action in the case of live casino tables. bcaji has no ability to influence or alter game outcomes.

Bets are final once confirmed. bcaji does not permit the cancellation or modification of a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where:

• A sports event is cancelled before commencement and no result has been determined, in which case stakes are returned to the player's wallet.
• A technical error is confirmed by bcaji's technical team to have materially affected a game outcome, in which case bcaji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet stake.
• Odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error, in which case bcaji reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate or void affected bets.

bcaji reserves the right to impose maximum win limits per bet, per session, or per day on any game or betting market. Maximum win limits, where applicable, will be displayed within the game interface or the specific market rules. Where a winning amount exceeds the stated maximum win limit, the excess amount above the limit will not be paid.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on the bcaji platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may differ between game types, tables, and bet markets. bcaji reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

By using the bcaji platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. In addition to the general obligations set out elsewhere in these Terms, you specifically agree that you will not:

• Use any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents the platform's standard interface.
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live casino games, or fixing the outcomes of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Engage in any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the bcaji platform as a mechanism to move or conceal illicit funds.
• Abuse any bonus, promotion, or free bet offer through multi-accounting, chip dumping, bonus hunting in a manner that exploits system loopholes, or any other method that bcaji determines, in its sole discretion, to constitute promotional abuse.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any bcaji software, game engine, or platform component.
• Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code to or through the bcaji platform.
• Provide false identity information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other time when bcaji requests information from you.
• Use your bcaji account on behalf of any third party, or allow any third party to use your bcaji account credentials.

bcaji monitors player activity continuously for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bcaji reserves the right to suspend the relevant account immediately, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, void affected bets and bonuses, and permanently close the account. bcaji may also share information with relevant law enforcement authorities, game providers, and other operators where required by law or where bcaji considers it necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.

bcaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• A court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring bcaji to restrict account access.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the bcaji Responsible Gaming policy.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months, subject to prior written notice.

Where an account is suspended or closed by bcaji due to a breach of these Terms or suspected misconduct, bcaji reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, balances derived from the breach may be forfeited. Balances that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Players wishing to close their own bcaji account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure will be returned to the player's most recently used payment method, provided KYC verification is complete. Pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled according to standard rules and any winnings credited to the closure balance.

Players who have self-excluded via the Responsible Gaming tools may request a voluntary account closure during the exclusion period by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion terms are covered in detail on the bcaji Responsible Gaming page.

The bcaji platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bcaji makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. bcaji does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, delays, or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcaji's total liability to any player for any single claim, or for all claims arising in any 12-month period, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bcaji account during the preceding 12 months.

bcaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even where bcaji has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

bcaji is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the player's side.
• Losses arising from delays or errors in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party game providers, including technical errors within game software supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, or Spribe.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bcaji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bcaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Reasons for amendment may include changes in applicable law or regulation, changes to the services provided by bcaji, changes to payment processing arrangements, updates to responsible gaming procedures, or any other operational or legal reason that bcaji determines warrants a revision.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bcaji will provide notice to registered players by one or more of the following means: an email notification to the registered email address on file; a prominent notice displayed on the bcaji platform at the time of next login; or a notice published on the bcaji website at bcaji.net. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the bcaji platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the bcaji platform and close your account in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the Terms prior to the closure date.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bcaji.net/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The date shown in the "Effective" field in the page header reflects the date on which the most recent version of the Terms came into force.
